Jackson Law LLC was founded by Wesley Jackson after nearly a decade of plaintiff litigation experience. Instead of creating a large volume practice where clients rarely speak with their lawyers, he built a firm where attorney involvement remains central to every case.
Today, Wesley Jackson and Charlotte Rich Joseph continue that philosophy by working directly with clients throughout Albuquerque and across New Mexico. Both attorneys were born and raised in Albuquerque, graduated from Albuquerque High School, and earned their law degrees from the University of New Mexico School of Law. That shared local background provides valuable perspective when representing people whose lives have been changed by serious injuries.

Wesley Jackson
Lead Attorney & Founder
Wesley Jackson founded Jackson Law LLC in 2014 after beginning his legal career in 2005. His practice focuses primarily on personal injury and medical malpractice litigation, while also serving as Guardian ad Litem and Personal Representative when appointed. He graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law with honors after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma. In addition to representing clients throughout New Mexico, he remains active in the community through youth coaching and long-standing involvement with the Gene Franchini High School Mock Trial Program.
Charlotte Rich Joseph
Attorney
Charlotte Rich Joseph brings substantial litigation and public service experience to Jackson Law LLC. Before joining the firm, she clerked for judges on the New Mexico Court of Appeals, practiced immigration law, and worked with the Social Security Administration. A graduate of the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she served as Co-Student Articles Editor of the New Mexico Law Review, Charlotte focuses on personal injury matters while also serving as Guardian ad Litem. Her background allows her to approach complex cases with careful legal analysis and practical guidance.
